Life is often a mix of challenges and joys, highs and lows. Sometimes, however, those lows can become too much to bear on our own. Relationships, crises, and personal struggles can often feel so complex that it is difficult to see a way out. Lauren's passion is to walk alongside clients in their pain, providing the clinical tools, proven techniques, and faith-based encouragement to find their way through.

Both personal infertility experience and clinical training have led Lauren to specialize in couples counseling, finding a particular passion for healthy sexuality within Christian marriages - an area far too often overlooked.

Sexual challenges in marriage can be:

• Pain during intercourse

• Consistent conflict surrounding sexual satisfaction/frequency

• A history of sexual trauma

• Erectile dysfunction

• Inability to orgasm/experience arousal

Lauren is a licensed social worker in Illinois. She has training in multiple evidence-based practices and modalities, including AEDP and EFT. Lauren is also training under the tutelage of Dr. Jennifer Konzen, a two-time nationally award-winning sexuality researcher and author of “The Art of Intimate Marriage.”

Lauren is working towards certification as a sex therapist through the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists.
